New Quick Hawaii Championship

Tournament Director Guy Ontai once again ran a smooth championship tournament. Last month Hawaii added the new Quick Championship Tournament for G/10 and Cornelius Rubsamen came in first with 6.5 points in a seven round tournament and Chet Gionson came in 2nd with 6.0 points , 3rd went to Beau Mueller with 5.5 points. There were 17 players from young to not so young, so maybe next time you can make it as well as me! Next tournament is Mililani Chess Day tournament is June 16th and then the July 4th Rapids Championship we hope to see you there! Randy will have the Giant Chess set out for fun games and as always, bughouse and blitz games will be on the sidebar games.
