2006 State Blitz Championships G/5

The New Hawaii Blitz G/5 Champion's are Paul Iinuma & Robert Lau with a score's of 12.0 points out of 14 and Chet Gionson and John Iinuma the next closest at 9.5 points followed by Cornelius Rubsamen & Beau Mueller with 9.0 points. There were 27 chessplayers playing at the Charles H. Atherton Branch YMCA on September 23, 2006, TD: Guy P. Ontai.

Hawaii State Championships Sept 2 - 4, 2006

Cornelius Rusbsamen won his second Hawaii State Championship with a perfect 5.0 score. This is second title this year he also won the Hawaii Rapid Championship and will going for second triple crown with the Blitz Championship on Sept 23th. To see one of his game's (click here)
